'This is a 45 minute body-weight only workout.  We warm up then we perform 5 AMRAPS (As Many Rounds As Possible) with 30 second transitions.  The first AMRAP is 9 minutes long with 9 reps per exercise.  The second AMRAP is 8 minutes long with 8 reps per exercise and so forth with the last AMRAP being 5 minutes long with 5 exercises.  Each AMRAP has 3 exercises.  Enjoy and let me know what  you think!  Stronghold Fitness is a small group and personal training studio.
